Orlando Precision specializes in both low and high volume long running production, with the combination of hydraulic and mechanical presses. After a review of dimensional and material requirements, our in-house tooling experts/engineers and our tool machining capabilities allows us to create the stamping and form tools needed to make any customer's design and or concept into cost effective reality. Our hydraulic presses in many cases are low cost solutions utilizing a variety of different tool sizes for notching and punching complex and intricate holes and shapes. Our wire EDM process can create prototype blanks to prove out the design concept prior to producing the production stamping tooling.
